Crispy Air Fryer French Fries

Instructions

- Step 2: Soak cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This removes excess starch.

- Step 4: Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Step 5: Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Step 6: Add fries to air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches).
- Step 7: Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes.
- Step 8: Increase temperature to 400°F and cook for 3-5 more minutes for extra crispiness.
- Step 9: Season with additional salt immediately after cooking. Serve hot!
