Instructions

  6. Step 6: Let filling cool completely
  7. Step 7: Place empanada disc on clean surface
  8. Step 8: Add 2-3 tablespoons filling to center
  9. Step 9: Brush edges with water
  10. Step 10: Fold disc in half and press edges to seal
  11. Step 11: Crimp edges with fork for decoration and better seal
  12. Step 12: Repeat with remaining discs
  13. Step 13: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
