Homemade Air Fryer Pizza Rolls - Better Than Store-Bought
Crispy homemade air fryer pizza rolls filled with cheese and pepperoni. Fun appetizer or snack that's better than store-bought!

Instructions
- Step 1: Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in bowl
- Step 2: Place egg roll wrapper on clean surface, corner facing you
- Step 3: Spread 1 teaspoon pizza sauce in center
- Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon cheese mixture and 3-4 pepperoni pieces
- Step 5: Fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, roll tightly
- Step 6: Seal top corner with water
- Step 7: Repeat with remaining wrappers
- Step 8: Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C)
- Step 9: Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray
- Step 10: Place pizza rolls seam-side down in single layer
- Step 11: Spray tops with cooking spray
- Step 12: Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy
- Step 13: Let cool for 2-3 minutes before eating (filling is hot!)
- Step 14: Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping
