Instructions
- Step 1: Press tofu for 15-20 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Step 2: Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and pat completely dry.
- Step 3: In a bowl, toss tofu with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Step 4: Add olive oil, soy sauce, and seasonings. Toss to combine.
- Step 5: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 6: Place tofu in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Step 7: Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes.
- Step 8: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice.
